Had a wonderful experience at Chat Mahal's Sunday buffet! The food was fresh, delicious, and offered a great variety. The pani puri, pav bhaji, paneer malai methi, and gajar halwa were especially amazing. Everything was well prepared and full of authentic Indian flavours. The staff were friendly, attentive, specially Aman and the restaurant was clean and welcoming. At just $19.90, the buffet is excellent value for money. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a tasty vegetarian buffet in Adelaide. Will definitely be back!

We recently enjoyed the chole bhature at Chat Mahal, and it turned out to be one of the best experiences we’ve had. The chole were beautifully spiced, full of depth and flavour. The bhature were exceptional — fresh, thin, and perfectly crisp, just the way I like it. Paired with cool raita, onion salad, and tangy pickles, the whole plate came together wonderfully. The service was excellent, with staff showing genuine warmth and great attention to detail throughout our visit. Bhature were freshly made to order. With their current special of just $7.90 per serve, this is a deal you absolutely shouldn’t miss. A must-try for anyone who loves authentic, well-made chole bhature! What followed was a “FOOD COMA” which we recovered from after 3 hours of deep sleep.
