Chaikaari was born two years ago in the beautiful city of Trivandrum, Kerala, where a humble idea quickly transformed into a movement. Within months, Chaikaari captured the hearts of locals and tourists alike, rekindling the magic of the timeless flavours and comfort of authentic South India Idlis. From a single restaurant, Chaikaari rapidly grew into six thriving outlets across Trivandrum, expanded internationally to the Emirates and Oman, and now proudly begins a new chapter in Melbourne, Australia. At Chaikaari, we don't just serve food. Our vision is deeply human. We want our food to touch lives, bring calm and comfort, spark conversations, and strengthen relationships. We truly believe that food, when done right, has the power to uplift the spirit, heal the mind, and create lasting memories. This is the heart of Chaikaari — and it is a promise we hold sacred.
