Totally unexpected, some of the best gelato i have ever had in my 67 years of living, totally freshens up your day the flavour is on point and spectacular sweetness, this gelato store is pure joy in a cup. The flavours are rich, smooth, and taste exactly like the real thing, made with obvious care and passion. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the whole place just feels happy. It’s the kind of spot you keep coming back to because it never disappoints.

Absolutely amazing experience at C9 Chocolate & Gelato! Their açai is hands down the best — super fresh, perfectly blended, and loaded with great toppings. You can really taste the quality. On top of that, the service is outstanding: friendly, welcoming, and fast every time. The staff always go the extra mile and make you feel valued. Highly recommend this place if you want top-tier açai and great vibes!

Every flavour I tried was a hit, especially the chocolate ones — you can tell they actually care about what they’re making. The chocolate selection is just as impressive. Smooth, indulgent, and perfectly balanced — not too sweet, just straight-up delicious. Portion sizes are generous, presentation is clean, and service is fast but friendly, even when it’s busy. Honestly, C9 is one of those spots you’ll keep thinking about after you leave. Perfect for a treat with friends, a date, or just spoiling yourself. If you’re into desserts at all, this place is a must-visit. Can’t recommend it enough ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Got the pistachio gelato here and it’s hands down one of the best gelatos I’ve ever had — and I’ve tried plenty of places across Sydney. The pistachios were plentiful, and they definitely didn’t skimp on them. The flavour was creamy, rich, and perfectly balanced with the right sweetness and nuttiness. I also loved the texture — slightly firm, just the way I like my gelato. So glad this place has opened near my home; I’ll definitely be making lots of visits!
